I've had the grand privilege of spending some time in and around Saskatchewan hospitals lately, and the strongest impression I take away (after general disgust for the Saskatchewan health care system) is that of the nurses.

They've been getting a lot of press lately, good and bad, but this isn't about bureaucracy.

Here's a few observations:
