After Thursday night's loss to Edmonton, I referred to Marcus Crandell's  play, as well some other Riders, as "horrid". Many veteran quarterbacks could put a 10 point lead to good use and bury their opponents. Instead the Riders were dominated by the Eskimos.

Well it's about six hours from game time, and I'm waiting for the start of the Riders - Eskimos game. I've already picked the Eskimos to win a close one. I think I'm safe to do that with my predictions not being right and I'm making friends in Alberta with my pick. I'm not sure why, but the Riders just don't play well here historically, although they won their last game here in the fall of '07.
