Whoops! Another wrong prediction that Brent Loucks can give me a hard time about. After thinking Montreal would win by 13, Calgary won the 96th Grey Cup by 8.
I do find it ironic that many of the Calgary offensive players did the talking, while the defensive and special teams players did the job. Some scratched their heads wondering who the big names were on defense going in to the game. After the game, everyone knew who Mike Labinjo was.
I have been accused of being a fence sitter in the past. However, it is the Friday before Grey Cup. It's prediction time. The Montreal Alouettes will defeat the Calgary Stampeders by 13 points in the 96th Grey Cup championship.
Now that the Riders season has concluded, what does the future hold?
