Host - The Dave Arnold Show
A sharp wit, a mischievous grin, and a broad interest in the world around him are the qualities that make up Dave Arnold. Born in Burnaby, BC, Dave's family traveled around before settling down in Edmonton. In 1989, he dipped his toes in to the water of talk radio working at radio station CJCA. After spending four years working behind the scenes in the City of Champions, Dave moved to Calgary to join the team at CHQR, where he worked his way up from the ranks of producer to hosting the afternoon drive talk show. In 2003, Dave moved to Regina to become the morning host on News Talk 980.
The Queen City quickly grew on Dave, with his interest in theatre and the arts being the fuel behind his ever-growing contact list. A resident of the Cathedral neighbourhood, Dave is a proponent of downtown development and urban renewal - supporting efforts and charities to help Regina's inner city.
When he's not on the air or in the community, you'll find Dave perfecting his golf game, traveling the world, or simply finding time to crack a book while sitting on the deck of his cottage at Regina Beach.
