Apple Bourbon Baked Ham Recipe
7 to 8 pounds fully cooked bone in smoked ham
1/2 cup bourbon
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 cup apple cider
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon ground pepper
Place unwrapped ham on rack in large roasting pan. Let stand at room temperature about 1 hour.

Grilled Lamb Chops with Summer Salad
Lamb and Marinade
3 medium cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1/3 cup chopped parsley (about 1/2 bunch)
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
2 racks of lamb, each cut into 6 chops
1 lemon, squeezed for juice
coarse sea salt

I am off for a weekend of chillin' at Good Spirit Lake, (well hopefully the rain stops and the sun comes out!) And by chillin' I mean drinking beer.

The 7th of this month is our first wedding anniversary so we thought we would share our year in food and ask you what is the perfect anniversary meal?
