Help Needed For Apartment Fire Families

Furniture and other items needed
Story Tools

Some of the people left homeless by the apartment fire in Regina's Normanview area didn't have insurance.

In some cases they escaped with just the clothes on their backs.

The property management company, Medford Mews, is asking anyone who wants to donate furniture, clothing and other helpful items to give them a call at (306) 949-2811.

The fire was caused by careless smoking.

Twenty families have been left homeless.

How much is apartment insurance?

How much is apartment insurance these days? I used to pay $120/year for more than enough. Seems careless not to have it.

I feel bad for them though and am glad to hear that everyone made it out ok.
