Is the "Link" making a return?

It has been the political buzz for months and this morning we'll learn more about Dwain Lingenfelter's intentions for the NDP leadership race.

Party insiders and MLAs aren't letting the cat out of the bag, but any candidate must have one hundred party members nominating them and pay six thousand dollars to run.

Saskatoon MLA Andy Iwanchuk wouldn't say whether he supports a bid from the former deputy Premier, but does think he brings a number of assets; his experience, agricultural knowledge and business acumen.

Lingenfelter has been in series of meetings with party insiders this last few months, one issue may be whether he can appeal to the party's left as he's been a Calgary-based oil company executive for the last eight years.

More will be known Thursday morning at anews conference.

Lingenfelter

If this isn't just typical of political opportunism......
How does can he look at himself in the mirror? First he jumps ship when it looks like the NDP are gonna be dumped by the electorate, only to go to work for the supposed "capitalist pig" oil companies in capitalist state of Alberta!
Now when there's a vacuum in the NDP leadership, he's suddenly a left wing socialist again. What a miraculous conversion !!
