Despite cancer attacking her body, and her family pleading with her not to go, Jackie Kyluik will be attending Tuesday night's KISS concert in Saskatoon.

Its a show Kyluik's been anticipating for years.

"I love KISS," Kyluik says with a laugh.  "I just love KISS."

But just as her favourite band is coming to her home province, her health is failing.

In October, she was diagnosed with cancer.  A large tumor shut off tubes leading to her kidneys.  She's had to endure tubes being inserted into her Kidneys.  Kyluik is still waiting for a doctor's prognosis.

Her family is concerned.  They think the horse breeder from Hafford should abandon her thoughts of seeing KISS and she stay home and focus of her health.

"I don't know, they figure i'm going to get hurt there,"  Kyluik says.  "I said a long time ago, if they have to push me in a wheelchair with my IV stand, i'm going."

Kyluik expects to be on top of the world after Tuesday's concert.

She plans to use that strength in her fight against cancer.
