Regina police are trying to find a young woman who has been missing Monday and they are concerned because she has a health issue. 

21-year old Faniece Erica Nelson was last seen at 8:30 p.m. in the 1400 block of 14th Avenue.

She is described as black, 5-foot-5-inches tall, 112 pounds with black braided hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about where she may be is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477.
