RCMP still can't confirm what led to a grisly discovery on a First Nation, north of Prince Albert.

The body of a 19-year-old Prince Albert woman was found Saturday at Montreal Lake Cree Nation.

An autopsy will be held in Edmonton this week to determine the cause of death.

Corporal Rob King says he could not comment if foul play was involved until the autopsy results come back.

The woman's name has not been released.
