Regina Pats hope this is a sign their goaltending woes are behind them.
Matt Hewitt was back on his game with a 1-0 shutout of the Saskatoon Blades.
The Pats goaltending has led to a downturn in their play over the last three weeks.
With the win, the Pats are now back in the race to have home ice advantage in the first round of the playoffs.
Jordan Weal's lone goal was his fifth shorthanded goal of the season.
Next up, Pats head to Medicine Hat to take on the Tigers Wednesday night, while the Blades faceoff againts the Warriors in Moose Jaw.
